Qualif-ID™ accounts are established either directly from the administrator interface (see demo above), or by establishing an account in the CPaT Learning Management System database. Both accounts may be established simultaneously regardless of which system is being administered, thus avoiding unnecessary duplication of effort.

Qualif-ID™ interacts with its own database for direct input of dates and type rating information. It also monitors progress through ground school CBT/WBT as recorded in the Learning Management System, thus recurrent training requirements are automatically recorded as completed and become part of the Qualif-ID™ record for instant access by pilots and management.
